The free breakfast was a nice touch, and the fact that the property was small meant it was less crowded with guests. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service that made it easy to explore the area.

We found the price to be a bit steep, especially for a property that didn't feel like a true hotel. We were also disappointed that their advertised shuttle service wasn't available when we needed it.

The staff was friendly and spoke good English. the Wi-Fi worked well and there was complimentary coffee with a kettle provided. the hotel is conveniently located behind a major mall, which made it easy to get around the city.

The room was not in good condition with noticeable mold on the tiles and bidet in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, and torn curtains. the airconditioning was clogged with dust and not all electrical sockets were available.

I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to the airport and the mall. Transportation was easy to find. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious.
